The hotel is fairly clean. The reception desk team members are very good. The venue rooms are bright and impressive with king size beds. The breakfasts are savory and tasty, featuring Indian cuisine and fresh juices. The hotel's location is great for exploring Vasilyevsky Island.

This hotel is reasonably large with great staff and appetising food. The breakfast is tasty, and the location is fantastic just next door to Moscow Saintpetrusburg train station and an island and the center. The rooms are tidy and impressive, equipped with central heating, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV.

Recently stayed at Park Inn for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were attentive and quickly attended to any needs or requests we had. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. The hotel facilities, especially the fitness center and swimming pool, were excellent. The business amenities were comprehensive and convenient. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and a lovely sea view. The hotel also had a fantastic multi-cuisine restaurant and a Chinese restaurant on the 15th floor. a highly recommended hotel.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

1) Personnel - communication at the receiption desk. 2) Absence of the hygiene kit in the room. 3) Room key could stop working anytime. 4) Receptionist (there was only one like that) lacking the information about hotel services.

Reason of staying in the hotel was location near Lenexpo and used public bus to get there. Some activites for children - pool, playroom, although not included in price. Location from centre far, but complimentary bus provided. Good views to sea, but not much interesting around hotel e.g. restaurants.

Not so well organised, breakfast things missing e.g. cups, forks i.e. things have to be asked - however, this is common for Russia, customer service reasonable i.e. requests are fullfilled and staff speak English (some also seem to speak German) when I felt better service was given than speaking in foreign accented Russian. Separately paid wifi did not work properly in room even it was stated that it will work, worked well in lobby.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with stunning views from the rooms which allowed us to enjoy beautiful sunsets and twinkling city lights. The staff at this hotel are genuinely friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service and making us feel truly welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with king size beds ensuring a good night's sleep. Basic amenities were provided, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

It is close to lenexpo

If you want to queue 10 minutes for your morning coffee and have no other needs then just to rest your head and don't mind millions of other tourist occupying the consierge and reception desk for hours, little to no service, tiny rooms hardly cleaned. That's the place.

Comfortable Spacious Rooms with Kitchen and King Size Beds

The rooms here were really great - bright and so comfy! They had a kitchen, king size beds, and a fantastic panoramic view. It was cool to be able to make tea or store snacks in the electric kettle and refrigerator they provided. Plus, the breakfast was really tasty! 🌅

The staff was very friendly and accommodating during my business trip. The breakfast provided was outstanding, complete with a variety of options to select from, including complementary fresh fruits that were delicious. The hotel’s location was very convenient, being in close proximity to local businesses and transport.

The hotel was overcrowded, leading to a long waiting time at the reception desk. There were also some issues with the air conditioning which made the room quite hot, but it eventually got resolved.

TThe hotel is good for 4 star hotel. I can;t say anything bad about service or location, everything was fine.

It is not convenient to come for business and pay for wi-fi - it spoils the image of hotel. Wi-fi should be free - more peolpe will choose your hotel again. Next time i will chose hotel with FREE INTERNET.
